Sia Health
Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use Sia Health's website, care programs, consultations and related services.
Effective date: 30 August 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit www.siahealth.in, contact us, take a quiz, book a consultation, purchase a product or enrol in a Sia Health care program.
The website and services are operated by SIA Health Private Limited, referred to in these Terms as "Sia Health", "Sia", "we", "us" or "our".
By using our website or purchasing a service or product from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Who can use Sia Health
Anyone may access our general educational content. A person under 18 may also take an educational quiz where it is made available to them. Quiz results are general information only and are not a diagnosis or personalised medical advice.
Sia Health will not proactively make a sales follow-up call to a person we know is under 18 based only on a quiz submission. If a person under 18 independently asks us to contact them or books a call, we may respond to that request. We may limit the initial conversation to general information and ask for a parent or legal guardian to join or provide consent before personal health information or recommendations are discussed.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase or enrol in our services independently. Any consultation, personalised service or paid program for a person under 18 must be taken with the knowledge, consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We may take reasonable steps to confirm this consent before the service begins. A parent or legal guardian who enrols a minor is responsible for the information shared and for decisions made on the minor's behalf.
What Sia Health provides
Sia Health provides personalised support for women's hormonal health. Depending on the program or service you choose, this may include:
- health and lifestyle assessments;
- nutrition, fitness, lifestyle and habit support;
- health coaching and regular follow-ups;
- care coordination;
- access to doctors, nutritionists and other qualified professionals where included in the selected plan;
- educational content, tools, quizzes, workshops or community support; and
- health, wellness or nutritional products offered through our website or team.
The exact inclusions, duration, frequency of consultations and level of support will depend on the program or product described to you at the time of purchase. If there is a difference between a general statement on the website and the written inclusions shared for your specific plan, the written plan details will apply.
Health and medical disclaimer
Sia Health supports ongoing hormonal and lifestyle care, but it is not an emergency service.
Website content, social media content, quizzes, workshops and free calls are for general education and initial assessment. They are not a diagnosis, prescription or substitute for personalised medical advice.
Where a consultation is provided by a doctor or another regulated healthcare professional, that professional will use her or his independent clinical judgement. A professional may decide that an online consultation is not sufficient and may advise you to seek an in-person examination, diagnostic test or specialist care.
Do not start, stop or change any medicine solely because of website content or non-medical coaching. Please speak to a qualified doctor before making such changes.
If you believe you may be facing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for a response from Sia Health or the care team.
No guaranteed outcome
Every person's body, medical history, response and ability to follow a plan are different. We do not guarantee weight loss, regular periods, conception, reversal of a condition, a particular test result or any other specific outcome.
Testimonials, case studies and statistics describe past experiences or aggregated results. They do not promise that every person will receive the same result.
Your responsibilities
To help us support you safely and meaningfully, you agree to:
- provide complete and accurate information about your symptoms, medical history, medicines, supplements, allergies and relevant diagnoses;
- tell the care team if your health, medication, pregnancy status or symptoms change;
- seek urgent or in-person medical care when advised or when your symptoms require it;
- use plans, materials and recommendations only for yourself unless we give written permission otherwise;
- treat team members and community members respectfully;
- keep your login details, consultation links and private group access secure; and
- make payments according to the schedule agreed for your plan.
Sia Health is not responsible for harm caused by incomplete, incorrect or withheld information, or by using a recommendation in a way that was not intended.
Consultations, follow-ups and program access
Appointments and follow-ups are subject to the availability of the relevant team member or professional. We may need to reschedule a session because of illness, emergencies or operational reasons. If that happens, we will make a reasonable effort to offer another suitable time.
Program validity starts from the date confirmed during onboarding or in your written plan details. Any pause, extension, transfer or change to a program is subject to the policy applicable to that plan and must be confirmed by Sia Health in writing.
Repeated missed appointments, prolonged non-response or failure to provide information may affect what the team is able to deliver within the program period.
Fees, instalments and taxes
Prices and payment schedules will be shown on the website, checkout page, invoice, payment link or written plan details shared with you. Applicable taxes will be included or added as stated at the time of purchase.
If you choose an instalment plan, each instalment must be paid by the agreed date. If a payment remains overdue, we may pause consultations, plan updates, follow-ups or other program access until the payment is received.
We do not automatically renew a paid care program unless this is clearly disclosed and separately authorised by you.
Cancellations and refunds for care programs
Requests to cancel a care program or seek a refund are reviewed case by case. To make a request, email support@siahealth.in with your name, registered phone number, program name and reason for the request.
When reviewing a request, we may consider:
- when the request was made;
- whether onboarding or consultations have started;
- the professional time already reserved or used;
- plans, reviews, reports or other personalised work already completed;
- products, tests or third-party services already ordered or used;
- payment processing charges; and
- any exceptional personal or medical circumstances you share with us.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a full or partial refund. If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount, any applicable deductions and the expected processing time in writing.
Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Physical products, delivery and returns
Products are subject to availability. Product packaging, ingredients or manufacturer information may change, so please read the label before use and speak to an appropriate professional if you have an allergy, medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication.
Shipping, order cancellations, damaged or incorrect products, returns and product refunds are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy available on our website. The care-program refund section above does not replace the policy for physical products.
Communication through phone, email and WhatsApp
You may receive calls, emails or WhatsApp messages about a quiz submission, consultation, order, payment, appointment or active program. These communications are necessary to respond to your request or provide the service you chose.
If we know that a quiz user is under 18, we will not use the quiz submission alone to initiate a sales follow-up call. We may respond where the user has separately asked to be contacted or has booked a call, subject to the parent or legal guardian requirements in these Terms.
With your permission, we may also send health education, community updates, offers or other promotional communication. You can opt out of promotional communication at any time. Opting out of marketing will not stop essential service-related messages for an active program or order.
WhatsApp, payment gateways, video-call platforms and other communication tools are operated by third parties and are also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Privacy and health information
We handle personal and health-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting a quiz, booking a consultation or enrolling in a program.
Your information may be shared with relevant members of the Sia care team and service providers only as needed to assess your needs, provide the service, coordinate care, process payments or orders, maintain our systems, and meet legal obligations.
Testimonials, photographs and recordings
We will not publish your name, photograph, video, health journey, testimonial or other identifiable story for marketing without separate permission.
If you give such permission, the specific consent shared with you will explain what may be used and where. You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us, although we may not be able to recall material that was already lawfully published or printed.
Intellectual property
The Sia Health name, logo, website design, written content, videos, program frameworks, questionnaires, meal plans, fitness plans, templates and other materials are owned by or licensed to Sia Health.
You may use personalised program material for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, modify, record, reproduce or commercially use our material without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- misuse the website, forms, consultation links or community spaces;
- attempt to access another person's information or restricted systems;
- upload malicious code or interfere with website security;
- impersonate another person or submit information without authority;
- harass team members, professionals or community members;
- use our content or services for an unlawful or misleading purpose; or
- scrape, copy or commercially exploit website or program content.
Third-party services and links
Our website or team may link to laboratories, payment providers, delivery partners, video-call tools, social media platforms or other third-party services. These services are controlled by their respective providers.
Where we help coordinate a third-party service, the provider remains responsible for its own service, professional standards, terms and privacy practices. Sia Health is not responsible for an external website or service that we do not control, except where the law provides otherwise.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end access to a service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to make an agreed payment, threaten or harass others, or create a safety, legal or security risk.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be taken where safety, privacy, fraud or unlawful activity is involved.
Website availability and limitation of responsibility
We work to keep the website and services available, accurate and secure, but temporary interruptions, technical errors or delays may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, Sia Health is not responsible for losses caused by:
- inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you;
- failure to seek urgent or in-person care when required;
- use of general content as personalised medical advice;
- events outside our reasonable control; or
- the independent acts, systems or failures of third-party providers we do not control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to services or these Terms
We may update our website, programs and these Terms when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Material changes that affect an active paid program will not reduce the core services already purchased without reasonable notice or an appropriate alternative.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer forum or other authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the services.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the concern fairly.
