E. Website and device information
Our website and its hosting, security or commerce providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, approximate location and interactions with the website.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep the website working, remember choices, understand website performance and measure campaigns. Where required, non-essential cookies will be used only after the relevant choice or consent is provided.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal will not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal. If certain information is essential to provide a personalised health service, withdrawing consent may mean that we can no longer continue that part of the service.
Use of technology in care workflows
We may use secure software and technology tools to organise information, identify missing details, support internal quality checks or assist care workflows. These tools are intended to support the team and do not replace the final judgement of the relevant doctor, nutritionist or other professional.
Access to identifiable health information is limited to people and service providers who need it for an authorised purpose.
Who we may share information with
We do not sell your personal information or health information.
We may share only the information reasonably required with:
A. The Sia Health care and operations team
Relevant doctors, nutritionists, health coaches, fitness professionals, reviewers and authorised operations team members may access information needed to provide or coordinate your service. Team members are expected to follow confidentiality and access requirements.
B. Service providers
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, data storage, customer management, forms, appointment booking, communication, video calls, payment processing, analytics, order fulfilment, laboratories or delivery.
These providers may process information only for the relevant service or as otherwise permitted by their applicable terms and law. We take reasonable steps to use providers that offer suitable privacy and security protections.
C. Professionals or partners requested by you
We may share information with a doctor, laboratory, caregiver or other person when you ask us to do so or when it is necessary for a service you requested and you have been appropriately informed.
D. Legal and safety requirements
We may disclose information where required by law, court order or a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect a person's safety, investigate fraud, enforce our rights or respond to a legal claim.
E. Business changes
If Sia Health is involved in an investment, reorganisation, merger, acquisition or transfer of business, information may be reviewed or transferred under appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards. We will not permit an acquirer to use identifiable health information for an unrelated purpose merely because of the transaction.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including:
- providing and completing the requested service;
- maintaining continuity and appropriate care records;
- handling payments, taxes, disputes or complaints;
- meeting legal, regulatory and professional requirements; and
- protecting against fraud or security incidents.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and service. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely archive it, unless the law requires continued retention.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include role-based access, confidentiality obligations, secure accounts, access controls, backups and appropriate vendor checks.
No website, messaging service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use trusted devices, protect your passwords and avoid sending health information through public or shared accounts.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess it and take the steps required under applicable law, which may include notifying affected individuals or the relevant authority.
Storage and processing outside your location
Some technology or service providers may process or store information in India or in other countries. Where personal data is transferred or processed outside India, we will do so subject to applicable Indian law and reasonable contractual or technical safeguards.
Your privacy choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information;
- provide a summary of the personal information being processed;
- correct inaccurate or misleading information;
- complete or update incomplete information;
- erase information that is no longer required, unless retention is legally necessary;
- withdraw consent for consent-based processing;
- stop promotional communication; or
- address a concern about how your information has been handled.
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also ask for the registered phone number or email address needed to locate your information.
You may nominate another individual to exercise rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity where this right is available under applicable law.
To make a request, email support@siahealth.in with the subject line "Privacy Request".
Promotional communication
If you agree to receive education, community news, offers or other promotional messages, we may contact you through email, phone or WhatsApp.
You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option where available or by writing to support@siahealth.in. We may still send essential messages about an active consultation, program, order, payment or privacy request.
Children's information
People under 18 may access general educational content and take an educational quiz where it is made available to them. We aim to collect as little identifiable information as reasonably possible from an under-18 quiz user and may provide the quiz result directly on the website.
If we know that a quiz user is under 18, we will not use the quiz submission alone to initiate a sales follow-up call. We may use the information needed to respond where the user has separately asked us to contact them or has booked a call. Before discussing personal health information, providing personalised care or enrolling the user in a consultation or paid program, we may require consent and involvement from a parent or legal guardian, including verifiable consent where required by applicable law.
An under-18 user cannot independently purchase or enrol in a Sia Health care program. Any such service must be taken with the knowledge, consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly use a child's personal information for targeted advertising or in a way that is likely to harm the child's wellbeing.
If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take suitable action.
External links and third-party platforms
Our website may link to third-party websites, social media pages, payment providers, laboratories or other services. Their privacy practices are controlled by them. Please review their policies before providing information directly to them.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or seek fresh consent where required.
